Do the assets need to be new?
No. Assets may be new, used or simply surplus stock. What matters is that they are in good working condition.
How much does ReShift Solutions charge?
Fees are agreed project by project according to the scale, volume and requirements involved.
How does the asset survey work?
ReShift Solutions provides a paid survey and assessment service to establish the type, quantity and condition of assets available for donation and redistribution.
Are the assets sold?
No. The assets are donated. ReShift Solutions is paid by the Asset Provider for the professional service that makes donation and redistribution possible.
What if we already have a detailed asset inventory?
You can provide it to ReShift Solutions and we will agree the appropriate scope. For larger, mixed or unassessed holdings, an on-site survey is normally the starting point.
Do charities and community organisations pay?
No, not currently. There is no charge to join the network or receive donated assets through ReShift Solutions.
Can organisations register before they have an immediate requirement?
Yes. Asset Providers can register before assets are ready, and charities and community organisations can tell us about current or future needs.
What does the fee cover?
The professional service may include survey and assessment, asset cataloguing, recipient matching and management of redistribution.
